Brasilia Grill churrascaria, specialized in rodizios (a variety of different roasted meats grilled on skewers), will celebrate the Brazilian holiday Sábado Santo on April 3, 2010, with a live show and an open party (at the restaurant) for the local Brazilian community.
For those unfamiliar with rodizios, the meats are served steaming hot and fresh, included as part of a buffet and salad bar, with tasty items to accompany the endless caravan of meats cart.
